Available Lots and House plans: This section of the VCDC website displays the lots which are owned by VCDC on which certain house plans might be constructed.
The buyer would select a house plan and then select a lot on which to build it. Each house plan has a comprehensive list of "included" features. Each house plan choice also has a full range of options and upgrades from which to choose. Most options and upgrades have been prepriced for each plan allowing the buyer to predetermine the final cost which includes the options and upgrades selected. The buyer has the option of working with Coastline Realty at 609-884-5005 or working directly with Don Ochs of VCDC at 609-602-4770.
Samples of all of the materials and color choices are available for the buyer to work with to make their decisions and selections.
